Join OYFP for the kick off of their socially conscious speaker series.
John Anderson, Director of the the New England Aquarium's (NEA) Education Department, and Nicole Scola, Coordinator of the NEA's Teacher Services, will lead a discussion about the big issues facing the world’s oceans -- think global warming and climate change. What’s happening? How does it work and what innovative strategies and solutions can we all participate in to help address the issues? How did New England Aquarium help to create one of the largest marine protected areas in the world?
