My Summer in the City
Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve dinner to families as well as interact with kids and teens during the back to school basketball tournament. This is part of the Boston Foundation's initiative: My Summer in the City, a city wide initiative funded by the Boston Foundation that encourages families, teens and children to spend time in public areas by hosting free activities in neighborhood parks.
At this great event, in addition to the hot dinner and basketball tournament, every family receives a free bag of fresh produce!
Limit: 7 volunteers

Can't volunteer at the West End House? Well, the Friday Night Supper Program is in need of clothing, especially men's pants and shorts (all sizes), medium polo shirts, belts and new socks. Please feel free to drop off donations to the Arlington Street Church at 351 Bolyston Street.
